In this way, He does not create a special situation for any living being. But due to ignorance, his karma and the chain of karmic results begin. The living being is in the higher nature, God is omnipotent, but not the living being. God is full of knowledge. However, due to His limited power, He is subject to the influence of ignorance, that is, omniscient, but the living being is of the size of an atom. Because He is a living being, He has the ability to desire according to His will. Such a desire can be fulfilled only by the Almighty God. Therefore, when the living being is enamored with his desires, God allows him to fulfill those desires. But he is never responsible for the karmas and fruits of a desired situation. That is why, being in a state of enchantment, the body-holder identifies with the present body and is subject to temporary happiness and sorrow. God, as the Supreme Soul, is eternally associated with the living entity. That is why, just as a person can smell the fragrance of a flower by being close to it, He is able to understand the desires of the living entity. Desire is the subtle form of attachment of the living entity, and God fulfills his desire according to the merit of the living entity. Man desires, and God fulfills it. That is why the individual is not omnipotent in fulfilling his desires. However, God can fulfill all desires. Because He is neutral towards everyone, He does not interfere with the desires of the subtle independent living entities. But when someone desires Krishna, the Supreme Lord takes special care and encourages him to desire Him in such a way that he can attain Him and attain eternal happiness. That is why the Vedic mantras say: “Esha u hyeva sadhu karma karayati tam yamebhyo lokebhya unninishate Esha u eva sadhu karma karayati yamadho ninishate – The Supreme Lord engages him in pious activities in such a way that he is saved. The Supreme Lord places him in sinful activities in such a way that he goes to hell” (Kausitaki Upanishad 3.8).

Everyone should purify his heart systematically, not suddenly. However, when a person transcends the modes of nature and is fully situated in Krishna consciousness, he can do anything and everything under the direction of the bona fide guru.
