Such a society depends on the devotion and religious conduct of women. Since children are easily led astray, women are also more likely to be misled. That is why both children and women need the protection of the elders of the family. By establishing them in various religious traditions, women are not led astray. According to Chanakya, women are generally not intelligent and therefore cannot be trusted. That is why various religious traditions should be spread all over them. Thus their devotion and devotion give birth to virtuous people who are capable of following the Varna Ashrama system. When such Varna Ashrama system fails, women naturally abandon their restraint and mix with men indiscriminately. Thus, fornication prevails, creating an unwanted population. Irresponsible men also encourage fornication in society. Thus, unwanted offspring overwhelm the human race and lead to war and suffering.
