Digital Products (No Physical Shipping)
All products sold on Pikoraa are digital products.
No physical items are shipped to your address.
Once a payment is successfully completed, customers receive instant access to download links on the website and/or via email.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds or returns after a product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or not working
- The product delivered is completely different from what was described on the product page
- Technical issues prevent access to the download, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
No Refunds Will Be Provided For
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental or mistaken purchases
- Lack of knowledge or experience in using design software (PSD, PNG, etc.)
- Incompatibility with specific software versions or devices
- Requests made after the digital files have been successfully downloaded
